    Great script! I have D40 and Vista Home Premium. Downloads both jpg and nef files but doesn’t produce the ‘preview’. Doesn’t do downloads if camera set to ‘P’ but does in ‘M’! Haven’t yet tried ‘A’ or ‘S’. You star!!!

    You should add Win7 column 😉
    I have a D70S, Win7Ultimate 32bits, Compaq nc6000 notebook.
    * My D70S is recognized
    * I can shoot jpg (RAW takes jpg),
    * I can’t change S mode from the progam (even with the camera in M, A, P…). I have to change it from the camera, disconnect the camera, reconect the camera, restart the program and then I can use it in the other mode.
    * I can’t use full FPS. The fastest I can use it is about 6 photos every 10 seconds (without transfering them to the PC, of course). D70S can take 3fps with the right settings. This was what I was looking for in a program like this because Nikon’s Capture Pro can’t work without transfering the photos to the PC, rendering the program very slow.
    * Bracketing seems to work.

    Works with a D700 on Windows 7 64-bit, except for file type switching. Bracketing only adjusts the EV so it doesn’t work in Manual mode, but that’s probably what it’s meant to do.

    hi, just to add to the chart, D100 didn’t seem to work, and D1 (yes, there are still D1s around) doesn’t either. XP can detect the D1, shows up in hardware device manager, but opens nikon picture-project with it. After uninstalling that program, photobits still doesn’t detect the camera no matter camera on first or program opened up first. Dunno if i’m the only one. Thanks for the programme though.

    Sorry forgot to mention, the above Win 7 with the 5.2/D3000/Bridge CS4 is a 32-bit Home Premium.

    Adriano, I think it most probably is a question of yours being a 64-bit. If there is a D80 out there working properly with a 32-bit 7, then that should confirm it. Haven’t heard of one, though. Hope you get yours going eventually, this is truly a nice, nice app.

    I’m really out of my depth with the 64bit thing – the documentation says that WIAAUT is *not* supported under 64bit, but some people say it DOES work for them. So no idea where to go with that one.
